We have Turkish classes for everyone at UT Campus… · 2-hour class sessions per week,· Small class size, · Rich amount of resources including videos, textbooks, and web-based content support, · Social activities including Turkish movies, Turkish food, coffee hours, one to one conversations and more… Here are some reasons why you should study Turkish 1. Turkish is the 5th biggest language spoken in the world. There are more than 200 million people speaking Turkish. 2. Turkish language is written in Latin alphabet and pronounced as it is written. Therefore, it is easy to learn and to pronounce. 3. Turkey is the emerging economic power with geographical and political ties with Central Asian and Middle Eastern countries.
4. According to MESA (Middle Eastern Studies Association) there are only 0.7 persons for every position in the United States. That means the supply does not match the demand.
